Frequently Asked Questions
If you need help with a common issue, you're in the right place
How does the subscription work?
Payments are accepted from all major credit cards and handled with fully-secure and encrypted servers via PayPal. You pay nothing for 7 days of access and then $99 for one year of full-access. You can cancel anytime during the 7 day trial and everything you've downloaded is yours to keep and use forever, but you'll definitely want to stick around for new content each month!
Can I purchase by using my PayPal account?
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted through a free PayPal account.
What am I getting with my subscription?
Modern hymn arrangements with lead sheets (melody on a staff), band charts (chords above lyrics), piano charts, synth charts (for worship band keyboard players) plus custom MP3 mixes (i.e. piano without vocal mix that you might use in a service), stereo tracks, and lots of other custom mixes coming all the time. Everything in the original key PLUS lead sheets, band charts, piano charts, and synth charts in every key- for a total of 12 key options per arrangement. Email me with your requests for custom charts (hammond organ? lead guitar tab?) and mixes (acoustic guitar soloed out? synth pad soloed out?). I can respond to most requests within 24 hours!
How do I know this is a resource I would actually want to use in my church services?
Download the free arrangement (includes lead sheets and more) of Nothing But The Blood and see for yourself. You don't have to enter any emails or sign-up for a mailing list. Just download everything you need, use it in your church and come back to sign-up if you like it.
What are band support tracks?
A band support track is an MP3 file with click and vocal cue panned hard LEFT and rhythm guitars, synth pads, and extra sounds panned to both channels. You can load the file and play it from your smartphone, tablet, MP3 player, or laptop during a service and beef up your band's live sound.
What if I don't like this site after I sign up?
You've got a 30-day-money-back-gaurantee! I'm confident you'll want to stick around, though.
